I’ve declared 2021 my personal ‘Year of the Zine’ and am working on several upcoming self-published projects.

Currently in progress, my first poetry zine, Thicket, is a poetic-prose, pen-and-ink reflection on mental health, the unpredictabilities of mood, and healing.

Other projects in the pipeline

I ❤️ East York is a graphic remembrance of Toronto’s East York borough, where I grew up. The poems explore childhood sites of memory and reflects on friendships, place, attachment, and what it means to leave a home that never stays the same.

Hairstory is a graphic narrative about multi-ethnic immigrant identity, cultural & family discourses on hair texture, and finding self-acceptance.
